BAGUETTE
French style baguette using both poolish and levain and is baked to a beautiful golden brown. The crust is crisp with a soft chew. The crumb is light and airy. Perfect for sandwiches or dipping in a nice olive oil. Available Wed-Sun
RUSTIC WHITE
Our rustic white is a 1kg boule made with levain. 90% Wheat flour, 10% Whole Wheat flour. It has a thin chewy crust with a soft open crumb. Great for sandwiches or dinner parties and will keep for up to a week. Available Wed-Sun
SESAME SEMOLINA
Thick golden brown crust with a soft yellow crumb. 70% Semolina, 30% Wheat flour, topped with toasted sesame seeds. Slightly sweeter flavor. Available Wed-Sunday
SEEDED WHOLE WHEAT
Our whole wheat is 70% Whole wheat flour, 30% wheat flour and an assortment of seeds. This dark loaf has a tight crumb with smaller holes and a chewy crust, topped with toasted wheat bran, oats, sunflower seeds etc… Available on Sunday
COUNTRY RYE PAN LOAF
20% Camas Country Mills dark rye flour, 80% red wheat flour. A perfect balance of tart and nutty, made with levain. Available on Friday.

POPPY SPELT
Camas Country Mill spelt flour, and hard red wheat mixed with leaven and poppy seeds. Available on Saturday.
ROSEMARY OLIVE
Our rustic white loaf enhanced with fresh chopped rosemary and black olives. Available on Saturdays
SPROUTED EMMER
Our sprouted emmer is made with Camas Country Mill emmer flour, sprouted emmer wheat, and wheat flour. Available on Fridays.
RED FIFE & BARLEY
Camas Country Mill heritage wheat grain, Red Fife is nutty and sweet. Available Thursdays.
MAMA LIL’S & CHEDDAR
1 kg rustic white boule folded with spicy pickled peppers and white cheddar cheese (Sundays & Wednesdays).
